At edyoucated, we’re building a modern platform that helps companies manage their skills and learning in one place – from assessing skill needs to delivering personalized development paths. Since 2019, customers like BASF, Bertelsmann, and Deutsche Bahn have trusted us to deliver fast, flexible, and intelligent learning experiences to thousands of employees.
We’re now hiring a senior engineer to lead AI-driven development and own delivery of impactful product initiatives—shaping architecture, shipping features end-to-end, and accelerating how we build. The role offers a CTO growth path based on impact. This track isn’t about people management—it’s about technical leadership, architecture, and raising the engineering bar across the team.
You’ll work closely with two engineers, a senior product designer, and our CPO. You’ll touch both frontend and backend depending on your strengths, and help us maintain one of the fastest idea-to-production cycles in our space. We frequently hear from customers: “Wow, you’ve been building this with such a small team? I’ve never seen this speed before.”
