Rocket flying into space

We are thrilled to announce that edyoucated has evolved from its roots as a modern learning management and experience platform into something much more! edyoucated is now the most comprehensive platform for learning & skills, tailor-made for modern businesses, providing all the tools necessary to power your workforce development activities from skill management to content delivery. And the best part is that all new features will be seamlessly integrated within edyoucated, completely free of charge. Over the past few years, we've listened to your requests for a skills platform that can solve common pain points for the L&D function. We knew that there were better answers than adding to your tech stack. So, we decided to build our own solution instead. We took a fresh approach to the challenges you face daily and created the most in-demand features directly into edyoucated, adding our unique spin to it. This new, consolidated approach to upskilling, learning, and skill management brings all your needs together in one platform.

Unveiling new powerful learning and skill features

Skills have always been a key part of our platform. We know how to structure skills on the most granular level, define dependencies, and use them to provide personalized learning experiences. We have consulted with leading organizations in the field, like BASF or Deutsche Bahn, to ensure that our skills platform is the best it can be. Keeping this in mind, we are excited to reveal some powerful new learning and skill features that will make your L&D programs even better.

Manage all your skills in one system

No more drowning in Excel spreadsheets! We've been working hard to improve our skill management capabilities and are excited to introduce our new skill taxonomy. This feature allows you to transform your competency model into a powerful skill taxonomy to easily manage your organization's skills in one place. You can search for specific skills, filter, edit, or add new skills to your skill taxonomy on the lowest detailed level. Plus, thanks to our visual editor, it is simple to see how all of the skills in your organization fit together and edit skill hierarchies.

Easily connect skills with bite-sized learning content

Managing skills within a single system is ideal. Connecting learning snippets to specific skills to create personalized learning experiences is even better. Our new drag-and-drop building function makes it easy to create personalized and adaptive learning paths tailored to your employees' skills. You can edit your learning content within your skill taxonomy to ensure it is 100% tailored to the relevant skills. This makes creating learning paths much easier while also saving you and your team valuable time.

Creating new learning materials is now easier than ever before

Creating new learning materials can be time-consuming, especially if you want to tailor them to specific skills. But it doesn't have to be. We're excited to introduce our new and improved learning materials creation tool. It makes it easier to add, organize, and tailor content to develop specific skills. The new view also makes it quick and easy to add content and questions while organizing everything logically.

Enriched through powerful *new premium content partnerships

You may have already heard about it, but we're excited to announce that we have partnered with some of the most powerful content providers to provide even better learning opportunities. These have been seamlessly integrated into our platform. We'd like to extend a warm welcome to our content partners: SoSafe, Pinktum, Soluzione, Weka, Elucydate, and Mitarbeiterschule. These partnerships allow us to expand our premium content offerings and deliver even more value to our customers.

Upskill your workforce strategically using skill profiles

You asked, and we listened. One of the most sought-after features is here, Skill Profiles. Move away from rigid job profiles to using skill profiles for a more flexible and individualized approach to workforce development. Using skill profiles can help you identify and upskill employees with the specific skills and expertise needed for a given role rather than focusing solely on traditional job titles and responsibilities. It is as simple as selecting one of our expert-curated target skill profiles from our library (or creating your own skill profiles) and assigning them to your employees to provide personalized career guidance.

Intelligent learning recommendations based on skills *coming soon*

Stay tuned for more exciting features to be released soon, namely Intelligent Learning Recommendations based on skills. Smart and skill-based learning recommendations will benefit both your learners and you. As a manager, you can help learners identify and focus on relevant, in-demand skills, leading to more efficient and effective upskilling programs. Using your entire content universe and a little help from AI, edyoucated finds and recommends the right development opportunity for each individual according to their selected skill goals.
