How you will create impact...

CEO support: You will be the right hand and sparring partner of the company's executive team, working closely with the CEO on both strategic and operational topics. We expect you to run complex projects independently and, in the future, be able to set up and start new company functions.
Business operations & execution: Creatively solve any problem that comes your way with relentless execution and agency. From Finance, People Ops, HR development to Marketing and fundraising support, you will support our executive team in whatever is the top priority.
Organisational development: You will drive the development of the company together with our executive team. You will also be responsible for improving current processes and optimizing organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
Strategic planning: You will lead the OKR process, own all-hands meetings, and ensure accountability across projects across the organization. You will identify business needs and risks, and create and implement projects.

Your Profile...

Demonstrated a history of leading projects or products end-to-end in high-paced environments such as high-growth startups, Venture Capital, Private Equity Firms, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Tech Companies.
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills with meticulous attention to detail
High level of agency and ownership
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong bias towards action and execution skills
Driven with a strong work ethic
