In your role as a Journey Manager at edyoucated, you will lead the implementation and continuous success of edyoucated at our clients. You will be up close with key external stakeholders, and – most importantly – with the awesome learners who use edyoucated every day.
This includes (but is not limited to) the following tasks and projects:
Support our learners from our clients along all stages of the learning process, including:
set up, organize, and manage cohort-based digital learning journeys
enable our new clients and learners to get off to a successful start with edyoucated, e.g. by hosting onboarding and information sessions
lead, manage, and continuously engage our different learner communities (e.g. via live workshops and community management) to ensure long-term success
Work closely with our internal teams at edyoucated, especially our sales and content team to deliver the best results possible to our clients
Create new and innovative learning journey formats to create impact across different skill horizontals (e.g. Agile Management, Data Management, Innovation Skills, etc.)
Play a major role for our future product development through the insights you gain from close interaction with our learners
Passion for digital education and affinity for explaining complex technical topics in a simple way to different audiences
Project management and leadership experience (2+ years work experience is a plus)
Strong customer and solution orientation
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Hands-on mentality with a positive attitude
Curious with a hunger to learn
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with professional-level fluency in German and English
