In your role as a Digital Learning Curation Strategist, you work as team lead of our growing digital learning Curation Team. You will directly work together with our leadership on both strategic and operational projects to provide our clients with state-of-the-art digital curricula in different (digital) domains.
This includes (but is not limited to) the following tasks and projects:
Actively shape our curation strategy, workflows, and guidelines to rapidly extend the skill portfolio offered on edyoucated
Identify future skills and corporate learning needs based on your own market research and in close collaboration with our account managers and international clients
Translate upskilling needs into human-centered digital learning curricula and skill taxonomies
As the head of our Curation team, you will lead and manage the individual team members (includes hiring, project management, quality assurance, etc.)
Scout, build, and negotiate partnerships with leading content providers to extend the variety of content on edyoucated
Outstanding records of academic and managerial or professional achievement
Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills
Profound expertise in the field of digital learning (market trends, learning formats, content providers, etc.)
Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
Passion for digital learning strategy (what skills are most relevant for our clients and how do we get there?) as well as for the actual learning experience (how can we provide a truly engaging learning experience for the individual employee?)
Profound understanding of digital technologies (coding or deeper technical skills are a plus)
Real team player and an empathetic and open communicator. You are open to constructive feedback, both giving and receiving
Self-motivated with a drive to stay on the pulse and to contribute ideas for new features or ways to improve existing products
Curious with a hunger to learn
Fluency in English (German is a plus)
